Each of the five episodes include a short video that includes a brief introduction, a pause, and a short wrap up for the corresponding episode. 

The written episodes are provided in PDF form and are downloadable below. Print out the episodes, bring along a journal or use the sticky note tool to record your answers directly onto the PDF on your device. However you want to engage in the material, be sure to take the time to really process and write out your thoughts as you go.
